1 teaspoon ground cumin
10 tablespoons of cooking oil

How to cook Eid al-Adha special roast goat
Clean the mutton with lime juice. Rinse thoroughly.
Mix salt, ground pepper, ground coriander, ground cumin, and cooking oil to make a seasoning mixture.
Coat the goat meat with the seasoning mixture until evenly distributed. Leave it for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill or oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Skewer the lemon grass, ginger and galangal into the mutton.

How to cook Eid al-Adha beef rendang
Saute ground spices with cooking oil until fragrant.
Add beef, stir until it changes color.
Add lemongrass, lime leaves, galangal, and bay leaves. Stir well.
Pour in thick coconut milk, salt and brown sugar. Stir to boil.
Reduce the heat, cook the rendang over low heat until the meat is tender and the spices are absorbed.
